The Accounts section shows all trading accounts discovered from your connections. This is your central hub for viewing account health, balances, and status across all your prop firms and brokers.
Each account displays:
| Field | Description |
|---|
| Account Name | Your custom name for the account (e.g., “Apex Account #1”) |
| Account ID | The broker-assigned account identifier |
| Current Balance | Live balance from the connected broker |
| Platform | Rithmic, Tradovate, or ProjectX |
| Connection | Which connection this account belongs to |
| Status | Active, Inactive, Suspended, or Closed |
| Account Type | Prop Eval, Prop Funded, Prop Live Funded, or Live |
| Prop Firm | Associated prop firm (if applicable) |
Account Types
| Type | Description | Use Case |
|---|
| Prop Evaluation | Prop firm challenge or evaluation phase | You are still in the evaluation/challenge phase |
| Prop Funded | Funded account after passing evaluation | You passed the challenge and received a funded account |
| Prop Live Funded | Funded account in the live trading phase | Your funded account has transitioned to live trading |
| Live | Personal live trading account | Your own brokerage account, not a prop firm |
Account Status
Each account has a status that reflects its current state:
| Status | Description | Action |
|---|
| 🟢 Active | The account is operational and being tracked | None needed |
| 🟡 Inactive | The account is paused or not currently in use | Reactivate when ready |
| 🟠 Suspended | The account has been temporarily suspended | Contact broker |
| 🔴 Closed | The account has been closed (e.g., blown due to rule violations) | Archive or delete |
When Edge Analyzer detects a prop firm rule violation through the alert system, the account status can automatically update to Closed.

After downgrading from Pro to Basic, existing accounts remain but you cannot add new ones until you’re within limits.
