Recording a Purchase
Navigate to Purchases
Go to Purchases in the sidebar.
Add New Purchase
Click Add Purchase .
Enter Details
Enter the purchase amount, date, and currency.
Link Account
Select the associated trading account.
Upload Receipt
Optionally upload a receipt image for your records.
Save
Save the purchase to add it to your records.

Receipt Storage You can upload receipt images for each purchase. Receipts are stored securely in Edge Analyzer and associated with the purchase record.
Supported formats: Keep receipts for all prop firm purchases for tax purposes and expense tracking.

Recording a Payout
Navigate to Payouts
Go to Payouts in the sidebar.
Add New Payout
Click Add Payout .
Enter Amount
Enter the payout amount, date, and currency.
Link Account
Select the associated trading account.
Upload Confirmation
Optionally upload a receipt or confirmation screenshot.
Add Exchange Details
If received in a different currency, add exchange rate details.
Save
Save the payout record.
Payout Status Payouts progress through a workflow:
Status Description Requested You have requested the payout from the prop firm Processing The prop firm is processing your withdrawal Completed Funds have been received Rejected The payout was denied by the prop firm
Currency Exchange Tracking If your prop firm pays in USD but you receive funds in a different currency, you can record:
The original payout amount (USD)
The exchange rate applied
The actual amount received in your local currency
