Monthly Billing

  • Charged on the same date each month (based on your original subscription date)
  • For example, if you subscribed on January 15, you are billed on the 15th of each month

Yearly Billing

  • Charged once per year on your subscription anniversary date
  • Saves 20% compared to monthly billing

Invoices

Paddle automatically sends invoices to your email after each payment. You can also view invoices in the Paddle customer portal via SettingsSubscriptionManage Subscription. Each invoice includes:
  • Plan name
  • Billing period
  • Amount charged
  • Payment method used
Download invoices for your records or expense reporting.

Payment Methods

Edge Analyzer accepts payments through Paddle, which supports:
  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major cards
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay (availability varies by region)

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to SettingsSubscription
  2. Click Manage Subscription to open the Paddle customer portal
  3. Update your payment method there

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

Past Due Status

Your subscription enters a past due state.

Automatic Retry

Paddle retries the charge automatically over the following days.

Email Notification

You receive an email notification about the failed payment.

Resolution Required

If not resolved, your subscription may be suspended.

Fixing Failed Payments

  1. Go to SettingsSubscription
  2. Click Manage Subscription to open the Paddle customer portal
  3. Update your payment method
  4. The pending charge will be retried automatically
Keep your payment method up to date to avoid service interruption.

Refund Policy

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods
  • If you cancel on day 5 of a monthly cycle, you retain access for the remaining days
