Prerequisites

  • An active ProjectX account
  • Your API key (generated from ProjectX dashboard)

Getting Your API Key

Log in to ProjectX

Go to your ProjectX dashboard.

Navigate to API Settings

Find the API or Developer section in your account settings.

Generate API Key

Create a new API key and copy it securely.
Keep your API key secure. Never share it publicly or commit it to version control.

Connecting to Edge Analyzer

Navigate to Connections

Go to Connections in the sidebar and click Add Connection.

Select ProjectX

Choose ProjectX from the platform options.

Enter Details

  • Connection Name: A friendly name for this connection
  • Username: Your ProjectX username
  • API Key: The API key you generated

Connect

Click Connect to establish the connection.

Troubleshooting

  • Verify the API key is correct and active
  • Generate a new key if the old one was revoked
  • Check for extra spaces when copying the key
