How to Cancel

Go to Settings

Navigate to Settings → Subscription.

Click Cancel

Click Cancel Subscription.

Confirm

Confirm the cancellation.

Continue Access

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

After Cancellation

Your data is never deleted when you cancel. Accounts, trades, journals, purchases, payouts, and settings are all preserved.

Reactivating Your Subscription

To reactivate after cancellation:

Go to Subscription Settings

Navigate to Settings → Subscription.

Choose Your Plan

Select Basic or Pro and your billing frequency.

Complete Payment

Enter payment details and confirm.

Full Access Restored

Your account is fully restored with all historical data intact.

Account Deletion

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data will be removed.
If you want to permanently delete your Edge Analyzer account and all associated data:

Email support@edgeanalyzer.com requesting account deletion.

Our team verifies your identity.

Your request is processed.

All your data is permanently removed.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed:
  • All trading accounts
  • Trade history
  • Journal entries
  • Playbook setups
  • Purchases and payouts
  • Broker connections
  • Settings and preferences
  • AI insights
  • Goals and alerts

Account deletion complies with GDPR right to erasure requirements. Your data is removed within the timeframe specified in our Privacy Policy.

Currently, we don’t offer a pause feature. You can cancel and resubscribe later without losing data.
No. Cancelling preserves all your data. Only explicit account deletion removes your data.
