During the Trial

Your trial runs for 14 days with full Pro access. Before the trial expires, you can subscribe to continue using Edge Analyzer.
You’ll receive email reminders as your trial approaches its end date.

Subscribing to a Plan

Go to Settings

Navigate to Settings in the sidebar.

Open Subscription

Click on the Subscription section.

Choose Your Plan

Select Basic or Pro based on your needs.

Select Billing Frequency

Choose Monthly or Yearly billing (yearly saves 20%).

Enter Payment Details

A secure Paddle checkout overlay opens inline. Enter your payment details there.

Confirm

Complete the subscription and start using Edge Analyzer.

Payment Processing

Powered by Paddle

All payments are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax calculation, and invoicing. Edge Analyzer never sees or stores your payment details.

Switching Plans

Upgrading from Basic to Pro

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click Upgrade to Pro
  3. The price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing period
  4. Pro features are available immediately:
    • AI insights
    • Mentor sharing
    • Unlimited accounts

Downgrading from Pro to Basic

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click Switch to Basic
  3. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  4. You retain Pro access until the billing period ends
After downgrading, if you exceed Basic limits (2 connections, 20 accounts), existing connections remain but you cannot add new ones until you’re within limits.

Switching Billing Frequency

You can switch between monthly and yearly billing:
  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Select the new billing frequency
  3. Yearly billing gives you a 20% discount compared to monthly
