Before You Invite
Make sure you have:- A Pro plan subscription or active free trial
- Your mentor’s email address
- Content in your journal worth reviewing
Sending an Invitation
Add Personal Message (Optional)
Include a personal message that will appear in the invitation email.
What Your Mentor Receives
Your mentor receives an email containing:- An invitation to view your Edge Analyzer data
- Your personal message (if provided)
- A unique invitation link
- Instructions to create an account or sign in

Invitation States
| State | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | Invitation sent, waiting for mentor to accept |
| Active | Mentor has accepted and can view your data |
| Expired | Invitation expired after 7 days without acceptance |
| Revoked | You cancelled the invitation or revoked access |
Resending an Invitation
If your mentor didn’t receive the email or it expired:- Go to Settings → Mentorship
- Find the pending or expired invitation
- Click Resend Invitation
Multiple Mentors
Currently, Edge Analyzer supports one active mentor at a time. If you want to switch mentors:- Revoke access for your current mentor
- Send a new invitation to your new mentor
Support for multiple mentors may be added in the future based on user feedback.
Troubleshooting

- Check that you entered the correct email address
- Ask your mentor to check their spam/junk folder
- Try resending the invitation
- Have them whitelist emails from edgeanalyzer.com
Invitation link not working
Invitation link not working
- Invitation links expire after 7 days
- Resend the invitation to generate a new link
- Ensure the mentor is clicking the full link (not truncated)
Mentor can't create an account

- The mentor needs to use the same email the invitation was sent to
- If they already have an Edge Analyzer account, they should sign in instead
